helixdreams (@helixdreamsco) operates this store from the united kingdom. contact us any time via the contact page.

products

each cable frame is made in small batches. finish and surface texture can vary slightly piece to piece — that's part of the process, not a defect. product photos are representative.

orders & payment

all prices are in pounds sterling (gbp). an order is accepted when we email confirmation. we may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfil (for example stock errors), in which case you'll be refunded in full.

shipping

dispatch and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. pre-order items show their own timeline on the product page and at checkout. delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

returns & refunds

all sales are final. we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed items and, where applicable, the 14-day cancellation period for distance sales.

liability

we're liable only for the price paid for your order. nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
